About This Role
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including invoicing, billing, receipts, payments, and journal entries primarily using Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations and maintain inventory-related accounting.
- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, MIS reports, and coordinate with auditors for audits ensuring accuracy and error-free financial records.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting roles.
- Strong proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime mandatory.
- Ability to prepare financial statements independently.
- Proficiency in MS Excel including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy and strong analytical and numerical skills focused on error-free financial record maintenance.
- Experienced in managing full-cycle accounting tasks independently and meeting deadlines consistently.
- Familiarity with stock management or manufacturing accounts and vendor management adds advantage.
