About This Role
- Lead end-to-end accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, payroll, and financial closing processes.
- Ensure accurate and compliant monthly and annual financial reporting with detailed MIS analysis and cash flow monitoring.
- Design financial controls, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate audits, and partner with cross-functional teams to enhance operational and financial efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting software like SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Tally, Zoho, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong knowledge of taxation laws (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and regulatory compliance as per Companies Act.
