About This Role
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models and prepare structured management and investor reports.
- Analyze actual performance against budgets and forecasts, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to business and leadership teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Business Finance, Financial Analysis, or Business Analyst roles.
- Prior experience in organizations with multiple funding rounds from VC or PE investors.
- Strong hands-on experience in financial modeling, business planning, and advanced MS Excel.
- Location: Pune, India; Full-time role.
