Work Experience Required: 10+ years or 12+ years as per degree criteria.
Experienced in cross-functional collaboration with technology, audit, compliance, risk, and business teams in financial services or consumer finance sectors.
Strong project management, coordination skills, and detail-oriented with organizational and analytical abilities.
Proven capability in managing complex governance and risk frameworks, audits, policy management, and risk acceptance processes.
