About This Role
- Own end-to-end business requirements lifecycle including gathering, analysis, development support, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Collaborate across business stakeholders, product teams, developers, and QA to translate needs into functional requirements and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning and Daily Stand-ups.
- Manage release planning, defect triage, impact/gap analysis, and process improvements ensuring alignment with timelines and quality standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise application or product environments.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in requirements elicitation, functional analysis, UAT, regression testing, defect and release management.
- Proficiency with SQL and tools including JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Visio, MS Project, and MS Office.

- Experienced in working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams, enabling effective collaboration.
- Comfortable leading and facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing multiple priorities independently.
- Capable of end-to-end ownership from business analysis through support, with skills in stakeholder management and issue resolution.
