About This Role
- Lead business transformation initiatives in the supply chain domain by analyzing and documenting detailed requirements.
- Manage end-to-end supply chain processes including inventory management, demand planning, procurement, and logistics.
- Collaborate with onshore teams and technical resources to ensure timely delivery of supply chain solutions using ERP systems.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of Business Analyst experience, with at least 3 years focused on supply chain domain.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/SCM tools and proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio.
- Strong functional knowledge of supply chain processes including inventory management, demand planning, procurement, and logistics.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years as Business Analyst; Supply Chain domain experience mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in driving supply chain business transformations with end-to-end process expertise.
- Capable of supporting both functional and technical documentation, interacting with cross-functional teams including developers and testers.
- Comfortable managing stakeholder communications at senior levels and aligning offshore and onshore teams for delivery.
