About This Role
- Own delivery quality and timeline management for the USI D365 Finance & Supply Chain practice across multiple concurrent projects.
- Manage consulting resource allocation and provide solution oversight, including design review and acting as senior escalation point for complex engagements.
- Assist in recruiting, mentoring, and performance management of consultants and team leads, driving team development and operational growth.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- 5+ years of experience managing consulting teams and/or a delivery practice.
- Demonstrated functional depth in Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain or another D365 product line.
- Fluency in English with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in operational leadership within D365 F&SC implementations, capable of managing multi-project delivery in a consulting environment.
- Skilled in coaching and developing consulting teams with formal performance management experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft certifications (MB-300 / MB-310 / MB-330), implementation methodologies, and tools like Power Platform and Azure DevOps is a strong plus.
