About This Role
- Manage and maintain physical workplace infrastructure at site locations to ensure uninterrupted operations and safety compliance.
- Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance of utilities and facilities including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire systems, and security operations.
- Supervise vendor contracts, housekeeping, transport operations, asset management, budgeting, and facility-related reporting to optimize functionality and control costs.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–10 years of facilities management experience at Assistant/Deputy Manager level or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Civil) preferred.
- Experience in field-based, operations-driven environments such as EPC, Industrial, or Manufacturing sectors.
- Location: Site / Field-based role in Supa, Pune, Maharashtra, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in hands-on operational management of industrial or manufacturing site facilities with direct exposure to maintenance and utilities management.
- Capable of handling emergency repairs, safety compliance audits, and vendor performance monitoring under pressure.
- Proficient in coordinating multi-department activities and managing complex facility budgets focusing on cost control and compliance.
