About This Role
- Provide comprehensive project operations administration supporting project management and finance teams.
- Manage project data including creation, update, and organization of projects, SOWs, purchase orders, and billing milestones within CRM and PSA systems.
- Lead data monitoring, reconciliation, issue resolution, monthly reporting, and support project revenue recognition process.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3 years experience with Financial Force or other PSA system preferred.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office products required.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in relevant project operations or financial systems support.
