About This Role
- Design and deploy solutions in Demand Management, Sales Inventory & Operations Planning, focusing on demand planning, inventory, and cost control/reduction.
- Manage projects from initiation to delivery including planning, reporting progress, handling risks, and ensuring compliance of supply chain solutions.
- Support business enablement via training, UAT coordination, global stakeholder management, and provide analytics including timely reports and metrics.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate degree mandatory.
- 12 to 15 years experience with strong background in Demand Planning.
- Experience with Demand/Forecast Management applications, APS (Kinaxis), ERP (Baan), and proficiency in SQL and planning tools.
- Strong English communication, negotiation, project management skills, and ability to manage global stakeholders; willingness to work across time zones.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Product/Application development and management specifically in Demand & Supply chain planning solutions.
- Capable of gap analysis, requirement gathering, and solutioning in Demand & Supply planning applications, with a drive for process standardization and change.
- Comfortable operating in a global environment involving multi-time zone coordination and stakeholder management.
