About This Role
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of residential apartment facilities, including MEP systems and multiple support teams.
- Manage vendor relations and service level agreements to ensure efficient facility services and compliance.
- Prepare operational reports, control budgets, ensure statutory compliance, and engage with Apartment Owners Association for smooth facility management.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-5 years of work experience in facility management or related field.
- Mandatory management of MEP systems such as Electrical, Plumbing, DG, STP, WTP, Fire Fighting, and HVAC.
- Experience handling vendor coordination, budget monitoring, and statutory compliance.
- Location requirement: Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multi-disciplinary teams including housekeeping, security, horticulture, and technical staff in residential facilities.
- Strong operational oversight with ability to handle maintenance, compliance, and resident satisfaction simultaneously.
- Familiarity with reporting, budget control, and coordination with resident associations (AOA/RWA).
