About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integrations across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
- Lead technical delivery, manage Salesforce CI/CD pipelines, code quality, and troubleshoot production issues with long-term solutions.
- Perform data migration, data transformation, org consolidation, and develop Second-Generation Managed Packages.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field mandatory.
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with at least 3+ years in Senior/Lead roles.
- Proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware like MuleSoft, Talend, Celigo), and CI/CD tools (SFDX, GitLab/GitHub pipelines).
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II certification is a plus.

- Experienced in large-scale, production Salesforce environments requiring governance, scalable development, and bulk-safe coding.
- Capable of leading technical delivery and collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive implemented solutions.
- Proven ability to manage complex Salesforce deployments, integrations, and data operations within a US-based operating schedule and onsite Gurugram location.
