Strong employer brand, metro locations, and senior mid-level role increase competition despite niche Power Platform skill requirements.
Role requires deep, platform-specific Power Platform and Dataverse expertise so industry transferability is limited.
Explicit 8–10 years plus mandatory Power Pages, Dataverse, PCF, C# and ALM make filters highly stringent.
Lead the complete technical design and build of Power Platform applications focusing on Power Pages and Dataverse, including architecture, security models, and front-end design.
Develop and enhance Power Pages sites with custom front-end components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and Liquid, ensuring performance, accessibility and security for public-facing portals.
Manage and mentor a development team, lead code reviews, set engineering standards, handle ALM practices, and serve as a technical liaison with client stakeholders.
8–10 years of overall application development experience with substantial recent experience on Microsoft Power Platform.
Strong hands-on expertise in Power Apps (model-driven and/or canvas), Power Pages including web templates, Liquid, permissions, and external user access.
Proficient in front-end web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), responsive design, and Bootstrap.
Experience in C#/.NET server-side development, Power Apps Component Framework (PCF), TypeScript, Dataverse security model, and ALM practices including Git and deployment pipelines.
Demonstrated technical leadership with accountability for design decisions, code quality, and developer guidance in Power Platform engagements.
Hands-on expertise integrating front-end web development with Dataverse and external systems, focusing on public-facing, scalable portals.
Experience working directly with clients and cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into sustainable, secure technical solutions.
