Automation, API, and CI/CD skills are broadly transferable across industries, so sensitivity is low.
Explicit 7+ years, mandatory automation/programming skills, and leadership expectations make filters highly strict.
Own and drive the quality engineering and automation strategy for the product lifecycle, including design and maintenance of scalable automation frameworks across UI and API layers.
Develop and execute automated functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end tests, integrating these into CI/CD pipelines to improve delivery speed and reliability.
Mentor and guide SDETs and QA engineers, establish testing standards and KPIs, and collaborate cross-functionally to identify and mitigate quality risks early.
7+ years experience in QA, SDET, or Quality Engineering roles with hands-on automation expertise.
Strong programming skills in one or more: C#, .NET, ASP.NET, Python, Java, JavaScript.
Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, RestAssured) and test frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, Mocha).
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experienced in designing automation strategies and frameworks for complex products involving distributed systems.
Skilled at identifying quality risks by understanding product architecture, development processes, and engineering challenges.
Capable of making technical decisions and influencing engineering teams independently while improving engineering standards and culture.
