About This Role
- Own and drive the quality engineering and automation strategy for the product lifecycle, including design and maintenance of scalable automation frameworks across UI and API layers.
- Develop and execute automated functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end tests, integrating these into CI/CD pipelines to improve delivery speed and reliability.
- Mentor and guide SDETs and QA engineers, establish testing standards and KPIs, and collaborate cross-functionally to identify and mitigate quality risks early.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years experience in QA, SDET, or Quality Engineering roles with hands-on automation expertise.
- Strong programming skills in one or more: C#, .NET, ASP.NET, Python, Java, JavaScript.
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, RestAssured) and test frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, Mocha).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
