Experience with authentication and authorization frameworks including OIDC/OAuth2, SSO providers, and RBAC; proficient in English (C1 Advanced).
Proven ability to operate and extend Backstage in production with ownership over platform architecture and support under SLA constraints.
Experience mentoring and upskilling engineers, focusing on knowledge transfer and team enablement.
Comfortable engaging with customer stakeholders to translate developer-experience goals into platform enhancements and roadmaps.
