Experience with test management tools (Qtest or QualityCenter) and defect management tools (JIRA or Rally) for at least 3 years, plus 1+ year in informal technical leadership role.
Functional testing expertise is mandatory; experience with mobile automation tools, device emulation/simulator tools (Perfecto or BrowserStack), API testing/debugging tools (Postman), and Agile environments.
Experienced individual contributor with demonstrated ability to lead test strategy and execution in complex, large-scale, matrixed IT organizations.
Technical hands-on skillset in mobile test automation frameworks (Appium, Espresso, XCUITest) and automation scripting in Java with debugging capabilities using logs and traces.
Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally including with leadership, and adept at delivering testing solutions in fast-paced Agile environments with quality rigor and continuous improvement.
