About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain Selenium-based automated test scripts using Java, JavaScript, and Cypress for P&C Insurance software products.
- Participate in project planning, scheduling, execution of end-to-end testing including manual and automated tests, defect management, and ensuring adherence to QA standards.
- Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and collaborate with development teams to improve software quality and ensure high-quality releases.
Minimum Requirements
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in test automation or software testing.
- Proficiency in Selenium, Java, JavaScript, and Cypress for automation scripting.
- Knowledge of automation frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, and build tools like Maven or Gradle.
- Higher Education Diploma; experience with API testing tools like Postman or RestAssured preferred.
- Work Experience Required: 0-2 years relevant experience

- Experience working on product testing within the P&C Insurance domain, indicating domain familiarity.
- Ability to handle end-to-end project involvement including planning, scheduling, test design, and defect tracking.
- Technical proficiency to independently develop and execute automated tests integrated into CI/CD workflows, with good documentation practices.
