About This Role
- Lead and mentor a global team of Salesforce developers, ensuring high code quality and engineering best practices.
- Design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and enterprise integrations.
- Drive solution architecture decisions, partner with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical implementations, and support project planning and governance.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and experience with configuration and customisation.
- Proven experience leading or mentoring development teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technical leader in Salesforce platform solutions combining hands-on development with team leadership.
- Comfortable working with global, distributed teams and influencing architecture and delivery methods.
- Experience with enterprise integrations, agile delivery, and the Salesforce ecosystem including DX, CI/CD, and optionally CPQ or Marketing Cloud.
