About This Role
- Lead design and architecture of scalable, maintainable, and high-performance software systems.
- Develop, optimize, and ensure quality of software code across multiple languages and frameworks.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams for successful product delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech) or Master's in Computer Applications (MCA).
- 5-7 years of professional experience in software development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C# and experience with frameworks/tools like React, Angular, Spring, .NET, Cloud Platforms, Networking as applicable.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced senior developer with strong system design and architecture skills, capable of leading technical projects end-to-end.
- Comfortable working in multi-disciplinary teams and mentoring junior engineers toward technical excellence.
- Knowledgeable in modern software engineering practices including microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
