About This Role
- Lead and own the technical vision and architecture for Flutter's enterprise AI assistant and agent platforms, including LLM inference, agentic frameworks, and guardrails.
- Build and mentor a high-performing pod of 2–3 AI developers, driving technical standards, code quality, and team growth.
- Collaborate with product leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver production-grade AI solutions serving 20+ million customers across 20+ regulated markets.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related STEM field.
- 5+ years software development experience with 2–3+ years focused on AI/ML or agentic systems development.
- Proven experience leading or mentoring technical teams with ability to define technical direction.
- Advanced Python backend expertise and hands-on experience with LLM inference platforms such as AWS Bedrock and LiteLLM.

- Experienced in architecting full-stack AI systems including context engineering, agent orchestration, and secure, compliant AI deployment in regulated environments.
- Strong leadership in technical mentorship, team building, incident management, and career development of AI-focused engineering pods.
- Strategic thinker able to translate complex AI concepts into scalable solutions and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
