About This Role
- Develop and deliver software features independently, following engineering designs and coding standards.
- Write clean, efficient code, perform debugging, troubleshooting, and suggest code refactoring.
- Participate in low-level design documentation and collaborate with senior engineers to resolve technical issues and escalate blockers.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–3 years of software development experience.
- Experience designing and reviewing RESTful web services.
- Familiarity with Java, MySQL, Spring Boot preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a hybrid role based in Bengaluru (office days determined by management).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building and delivering at least one engineering project end-to-end with measurable impact.
- Strong problem-solving skills, data-driven decision-making, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Understanding of distributed systems, relational databases, asynchronous processing, and scalable backend application design.
