About This Role
- Lead data science and backend development projects, including planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations.
- Guide teams to apply advanced analytics, machine learning, and software engineering best practices to solve complex business problems and develop robust data solutions.
- Mentor and manage team members, ensuring performance improvement, innovation adoption, and maintaining project standards and alignment through client engagement.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from Tier 1 institute.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in English (oral and written).
- Strong hands-on skills in Python, REST API design, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Git workflows, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in setting technical direction, code reviews, resolving complex issues, and mentoring engineers in backend development environments.
- Familiar with asynchronous APIs and messaging/event-streaming platforms like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Background or education in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer/Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or similar fields, with interest in agentic development frameworks and innovative technology adoption.
