About This Role
- Lead and mentor a team of junior and mid-level engineers focusing on skill development, performance evaluation, and knowledge gaps.
- Design, develop, and maintain large-scale, scalable full-stack applications using .NET, Angular/React, JavaScript, and databases like SQL Server/Postgres.
- Serve as the main technical liaison with senior management and cross-functional teams, translating technical topics and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-7 years of industry experience building large-scale software applications.
- Experience with web application development and designing/integrating RESTful APIs.
- Proficiency in .NET, Angular/React, JavaScript, and SQL Server/Postgres.
- Experience with unit and integration testing; knowledge of debugging, optimization, and agile methodologies.
