About This Role
- Lead and define the technical vision and strategy for cloud-native microservices projects related to Title and Escrow APIs.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct technical workshops, review code for quality and security, and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Drive innovation through prototyping, optimize system performance, maintain documentation, and ensure timely project delivery in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of overall work experience, including 7+ years with Python, TypeScript, and NestJS (Microsoft technologies).
- 7+ years experience with modern UI frameworks (React.js, Angular).
- 5+ years experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.).
- 1+ years hands-on experience with GenAI technologies including LLM fine-tuning, RAG architecture, and prompt engineering.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in technical leadership roles with ability to set technical direction and lead project teams.
- Strong background in designing and architecting systems with knowledge of microservices and system patterns.
- Hands-on expertise with CI/CD tools, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), testing strategies, and database technologies aligned with cloud environments.
