About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and related Azure data services.
- Manage ETL processing workflows including copy activities and custom Azure development for data integration.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for reporting and analytics applications.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years of professional experience in data engineering or related field.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory (ADF), delta lake, Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, SQL Data Warehouse, SQL, Python, and Cosmos DB.
- Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree.
- Knowledge of semi-structured data and streaming data processing.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with end-to-end Azure data platform including Data Lake, Data Factory, Databricks, and Synapse analytics.
- Capable of building and optimizing reliable, scalable ETL pipelines for complex business data scenarios.
- Ability to interpret business requirements and implement functional specifications for reporting/BI solutions.
