About This Role

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated technical leadership on complex, cross-team projects.
- Hands-on experience designing, deploying, and operating production applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and standard design patterns.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and evolving large-scale distributed, high-performance, microservices-based architectures.
- Proficient with cloud-native infrastructure and tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Pulumi; familiar with security best practices including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML.
- Skilled in .NET full-stack development and programming languages like Rust, C#, or JavaScript, with focus on CI/CD, observability, and reliability engineering.
