7–10 years of professional experience in Release Management, ITSM, Program Delivery, Project Management, or related disciplines.
Proven experience managing enterprise-scale releases across multiple applications, teams, and platforms, with strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and Change Management processes including CAB governance.
Experience with enterprise delivery and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Jira, or Confluence.
Experience working in regulated and compliance-driven environments, ideally in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or GxP-compliant organizations.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and resolve release conflicts, dependencies, and risks in large-scale global organizations.
Skilled in establishing and continuously improving scalable release governance frameworks to drive operational excellence and predictable release delivery.
