About This Role
- Lead end-to-end design, development, deployment, and support of enterprise automation solutions using UiPath and related technologies.
- Handle troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and production support for automation platforms, integrations, and infrastructure.
- Manage platform operations including provisioning, upgrades, capacity management, and implement monitoring and security standards across automation lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10-12 years of overall professional software engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Robots, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience with C#/.NET, Python, Typescript, REST APIs, SQL, and familiarity with monitoring/ITSM tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, ServiceNow.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Agile environments and full software development lifecycle best practices focusing on automation.
- Proficient in designing scalable, secure, and maintainable automation solutions integrating UiPath with AI, cloud services, and enterprise APIs.
- Capable of cross-functional collaboration to troubleshoot production issues and drive solutions involving platform infrastructure and emerging AI/agentic technologies.
