About This Role
- Support enterprise project governance, portfolio management, and business performance tracking across multiple projects.
- Own PMO reporting processes including development of automated dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and other tools for leadership reviews.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business, finance, technology, and leadership to ensure timely delivery, resource optimization, and financial oversight.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field is mandatory.
- Preferred certifications include PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
- 10+ years of experience in PMO, Project Management, Business Operations, Business Analytics, or Strategy roles.
- Experience with Power BI, Excel automation, and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, SmartSheet) is required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex project portfolios with strong governance and reporting capabilities.
- Proficient in data analytics and financial management related to project budgeting, forecasting, and benefits realization.
- Demonstrates ability to engage with multi-functional stakeholders and lead PMO process improvements using Agile and hybrid methodologies.
