About This Role
- Own end-to-end UX/UI design for conversion-focused landing pages, corporate portals, and campaign journeys to drive qualified pipeline.
- Design intuitive, data-dense enterprise interfaces and maintain a centralized Design System for visual and functional consistency.
- Leverage AI-assisted prototyping tools and conduct data-driven user research to optimize UX and conversion paths.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years hands-on UI/UX design experience supporting enterprise-grade B2B products or global services for US/UK/EU clients.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Experience with AI-assisted design systems and prompt engineering for rapid prototyping (e.g., Lovable).
- Working knowledge of CMS platforms (HubSpot, Web flow, or WordPress) and foundational HTML/CSS.

- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams including executive leadership and front-end developers across US/UK stakeholders.
