About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple enterprise RPA and automation projects including scope, timelines, milestones, budget, and quality.
- Drive execution across all phases: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and transition, ensuring alignment with technical teams.
- Act as primary customer point of contact managing expectations, project governance (status reports, dashboards, RAID logs), risk management, and stakeholder communications.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years overall IT experience with at least 3 years managing technical projects or teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Working knowledge of one or more technologies such as Java, .NET, Selenium/Automation Testing, or RPA/Intelligent Automation.
- Location requirement: Based in or able to work from Mumbai (Job Location explicitly Mumbai).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced managing cross-functional technical teams in delivering RPA/automation projects within Agile/Scrum environments.
- Comfortable coordinating with developers, solution architects, and technical leads to ensure sound architecture and technical standards adherence.
- Skilled at risk identification and mitigation while effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and managing multiple priorities.
