About This Role
- Own end-to-end requirements gathering and translate institution-specific needs into actionable Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
- Coordinate between Customer Success and development teams to manage delivery timelines, track progress, and resolve risks or blockers.
- Drive feature adoption and monitor product health metrics like NPS and module adoption rates to enhance customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Program Manager, Product Manager, or Business Analyst role in SaaS or technology product environments.
- Proven ability to write clear, structured PRDs or functional specifications independently.
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, ClickUp, or Asana.
- Work Experience Required: 3–6 years
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in stakeholder coordination across Customer Success, Product, Development, and Marketing teams to ensure aligned delivery.
- Process-oriented with a strong bias for timely delivery and follow-through in fast-paced SaaS environments.
- Prior exposure to EdTech or working with educational institutions is preferred but not mandatory.
