About This Role
- Drive and coordinate strategic initiatives and projects across Mechanical CAD and related engineering applications from initiation through closure and benefit tracking.
- Establish and maintain PMO governance including planning, milestone control, risk and issue management, reporting, and decision facilitation.
- Manage communication, stakeholder coordination, vendor deliverables, and compliance with internal and external regulations within the MCAD ecosystem.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- 8–15 years of experience in PMO, project/program management, service management, portfolio coordination, transformation, or comparable global role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI) and project/work management tools.
- Work Experience Required: 8–15 years relevant experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multiple concurrent initiatives involving business, IT, delivery teams, and external vendors in a global environment.
- Strong project governance skills including planning, milestone control, RAID management, dependency management, executive reporting, and benefits tracking.
- Familiarity with Mechanical CAD and engineering application ecosystems (e.g., PTC, Autodesk, Bentley, PLM, PDM) and practical knowledge of Agile and SAFe methodologies.
