About This Role
- Lead operational IT projects from planning through implementation and transition into operations.
- Manage upgrades, enhancements, optimization initiatives, and business-critical operational projects ensuring sustainable solutions.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, external providers, and manage project scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and resources.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT Project Management for Operations or Service Management.
- Strong understanding of Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
- Experience with enterprise applications such as SAP, PLM, ERP, or similar platforms.
- Experience in Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall project environments; PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, or similar certification is advantageous.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced IT Project Manager with proven ability managing business-critical operational IT projects and upgrades.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems SAP, PLM (e.g., Windchill, Polarion), and expertise in Data Architecture and Access Management is preferred.
- Comfortable operating in matrixed environments coordinating diverse teams and external vendors with a focus on operational excellence and process improvement.
