About This Role
- Design, build, and operate scalable, cloud-native data platforms for the BlackRock Aladdin ecosystem.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines, ETL/ELT frameworks, and APIs integrating investment and market data across cloud environments.
- Ensure data quality, governance, security, and platform reliability while collaborating with investment operations and technology teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Finance, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or Investment Technology.
- At least 2 years of experience with Aladdin, Aladdin Data Cloud, or asset management platforms.
- Hands-on expertise with Snowflake, Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in investment management data domains including portfolio, risk, security master, and reference data.
- Proficient operating across the full data and cloud stack with strong platform engineering and automation focus.
- Able to translate complex investment requirements into scalable technical data solutions in a collaborative environment.
