About This Role
- Support implementation, configuration, and integration of IDBS software solutions (E-WorkBook, Polar) for global Life Sciences organizations.
- Collaborate with customers and technical teams to design and deliver integrations between IDBS platforms and enterprise, laboratory, and cloud systems using APIs and data exchange processes.
- Contribute to testing, validation, deployment, and operational readiness including API validation, defect investigation, and creating technical documentation and handover materials.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in technical analysis, application support, implementation or integration roles supporting SaaS or enterprise software.
- Foundational knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, SQL, authentication methods, data exchange, and technical troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills with effective communication for cross-functional and global teams.
- On-site role based in Bengaluru, India; ability to travel up to 5% domestically and internationally.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working with laboratory informatics or Life Sciences technology platforms such as LIMS or ELN is preferred.
- Comfortable working across global teams and multiple time zones, collaborating closely with customers and technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data mapping, scripting, interface troubleshooting, and use of AI productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot) is a plus.
