Strong analytical and documentation skills with effective communication for cross-functional and global teams.
On-site role based in Bengaluru, India; ability to travel up to 5% domestically and internationally.
Experience working with laboratory informatics or Life Sciences technology platforms such as LIMS or ELN is preferred.
Comfortable working across global teams and multiple time zones, collaborating closely with customers and technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with data mapping, scripting, interface troubleshooting, and use of AI productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot) is a plus.
