About This Role
- Own delivery of software implementations by executing project plans and Statements of Work to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Develop and customize customer-facing Excel spreadsheets, templates, and solution configurations to optimize scientific workflows.
- Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure high-quality project outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Life Sciences, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including creating and customizing complex spreadsheets and templates.
- Based in Bengaluru (onsite role) with willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 5%.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working in life sciences or biopharma domains, ideally with prior lab experience.
- Ability to translate scientific/business requirements into technical solution designs, with strong organizational and independent work skills.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools, and basic understanding of cloud platforms, databases, and GxP regulations is a plus.
