About This Role
- Oversee accounting functions for Investment Accounting including Seed Investment, Carried Interest, Consolidations, Corporate Accounting, Cash and Assets Under Management.
- Drive process transformation initiatives to improve efficiency in investment management finance operations.
- Collaborate extensively with business units, finance division, IT, compliance, audit, and external parties to support financial reporting and operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required; CPA preferred.
- 5+ years of related work experience in finance/accounting, preferably in investment management.
- Experience with accounting subledgers and interconnected financial systems.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as PowerBI, Alteryx, IBM Cognos/TM1, and advanced Excel skills.

- Experienced in managing complex finance functions within investment management or asset management sectors.
- Skilled at both strategic oversight and detailed financial analysis, with a focus on process improvement.
