Lead development of scalable automation solutions for software deployment and engineering workflows across Philips Patient Monitoring systems.
Drive CI/CD, release automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), environment provisioning, and configuration management initiatives to improve deployment efficiency and system reliability.
Conduct code reviews, debugging, root cause analysis, and mentor engineers to uphold software quality and engineering best practices.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
5–8 years of experience in software development, system automation, deployment automation, DevOps, or related engineering fields.
Strong experience with object-oriented programming, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation framework development, and Agile software development preferred.
This is an office-based role requiring presence in-person at least 3 days per week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in developing automation using C#, .NET, PowerShell, Python and comfortable with technologies like Azure DevOps, GitHub, VMware, AWS, Azure.
Able to identify and improve manual engineering processes via reusable automation and infrastructure tooling, focusing on scalability and reliability.
Skilled at collaborating cross-functionally with Software, Verification, Systems Engineering, DevOps, IT, and Quality teams within Agile environments while mentoring peers.
