About This Role
- Manage procurement transactions including requisitions and purchase orders using Coupa, ensuring compliance and timeliness within SLAs.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve procurement and invoice-related queries, maintaining accurate records and audit trails.
- Support continuous improvement in procurement operations through reporting, process optimization, and adherence to policies and controls.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement operations, or shared services with cross-functional international stakeholder collaboration.
- Hands-on experience with procurement or ERP tools such as Coupa, Ariba, SAP, or Oracle.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Teams.
- Willingness to work onsite 3 days a week and flexible to work multiple shifts: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST or 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST.

- Experienced in procurement operations with strong process orientation and ability to handle multiple procurement sub-functions (e.g., contract administration, sourcing support).
- Demonstrates ability to collaborate effectively across diverse international and cross-functional teams in a structured shared services environment.
- Possesses strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills focused on practical solutions and compliance adherence.
