Familiarity with network infrastructure (Firewalls, DNS, F5 Load Balancers) and AWS/Azure technologies (ECS, Fargate, RDS, Postgres, CloudFormation, S3, CloudFront).
Experienced with Virtual Assistant or Contact Center Cloud Technology environments and Conversational/Generative AI integration.
Operates independently with initiative in documentation and understands Agile project delivery methodologies.
Capable of troubleshooting complex incidents across software and network layers involving integrations with Large Language Models.
