About This Role
- Lead design, development, and optimization of AI-first systems that enhance digital capabilities and deliver client value.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and knowledge-sharing within a multidisciplinary AI team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI use cases, translate business problems into AI solutions, and ensure code quality and robust architecture.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years overall work experience with at least 3 years hands-on AI engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Python programming and knowledge of software engineering best practices (source control, CI/CD, automated testing).
- Familiarity with cloud AI platforms such as Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, or Google AI Platform.
- Understanding of responsible AI, AI concepts (LLMs, RAG, AgenticAI, MCPs), and experience with MLOps and AI model deployment.
