About This Role
- Own the development and maintenance of data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks for ETL processing.
- Manage and optimize data storage and processing on Azure platforms including Data Lake, Synapse Analytics, and Data Warehouses.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for reporting and data applications.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years of professional experience in data engineering or related field.
- Proficient in Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, SQL Data Warehouse, SQL, Python, and Cosmos DB.
- Experience with semi-structured data and streaming data processing.
- Hands-on ability to create ADF pipelines including copy activities and custom Azure developments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end Azure data platform implementation including Databricks, ADF, and Synapse Analytics.
- Skilled in building scalable ETL pipelines and managing cloud-based data architecture.
- Familiarity with Power BI and Azure certifications preferred but not mandatory.
