About This Role
- Develop and maintain Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines for ETL processing including copy activities and custom Azure development.
- Work hands-on with Azure Databricks, Delta Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, Data Lake, and Data Warehouse to manage and process semi-structured and streaming data.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for reporting applications, supporting data engineering efforts.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years of professional experience in data engineering or related field.
- Proficient with Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Delta Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, SQL Data Warehouse, SQL, Python, Cosmos DB.
- Experience with ETL pipeline development and data processing in Azure environment.
- Knowledge of semi-structured data and streaming data handling.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with end-to-end Azure data engineering solutions focusing on ETL and big data pipelines.
- Comfortable working with a mix of data storage and analytics services like Azure Synapse, Delta Lake, and Cosmos DB for scalable data architectures.
- Ability to convert business requirements into technical design for reporting and data consumption frameworks.
