About This Role
- Provide day-to-day Oracle HCM Cloud application support across multiple clients within a Managed Services framework.
- Design functional solutions and offer expert advice on Oracle Fusion Core HR and Learn modules, including configuration and best practices.
- Conduct training, coaching, and pre-sales demonstrations to clients and colleagues, ensuring effective use and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 3-4 years of experience specifically with Oracle HCM Cloud implementations or projects.
- Proven functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Core HR and Learn modules.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 3-4 years in Oracle HCM Cloud domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced functional consultant comfortable providing remote support and independently managing client engagements.
- Capable of translating business requirements into clear functional designs within Oracle HCM Cloud Learn and Core HR modules.
- Familiarity with broader HCM Cloud modules and ITIL processes is a plus but not mandatory.
