About This Role
- Manage financial planning and budgeting for specific business units, tracking plans versus actuals with variance analysis.
- Provide financial insights and support business decision-making including scenario analysis and business plan development.
- Lead month-end closing reviews, revenue cycle optimization, and drive process standardization and automation projects.
Minimum Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant or a Master’s degree in Financial Management.
- Minimum 3 years experience specifically in Business Finance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in MS Office.
- Work Experience Required: 4 to 6 years as CA or Master’s in Financial Management, 3+ years in Business Finance.
