About This Role
- Own and manage end-to-end finance functions including accounting, cash flow, receivables/payables, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS.
- Partner with Sales and Business Development on pricing, margins, commissions, deal profitability, and key commercial decisions.
- Lead financial strategy, risk management, and long-term planning while progressively building the finance function toward a CFO-level role.
Minimum Requirements
- 4–7 years of finance experience, mandatory in technology/IT sales or IT services domain.
- Strong proficiency in accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, MIS, and financial analysis.
- CA / CMA / ACCA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and ERP/accounting software mandatory.

- Experienced finance professional with a strong commercial mindset ideally from IT services, SaaS, or technology sales sectors.
- Comfortable working directly with senior leadership and driving financial decisions impacting business growth and expansion.
