About This Role
- Gather and translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications for capital markets platforms.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and issue resolution.
- Analyze existing systems, identify gaps, and contribute to the design and enhancement of capital markets and derivatives-related functionalities.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in financial services focused on capital markets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Solid understanding of capital markets products; exposure to derivatives is a significant plus.
- Proficiency with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and tools like Microsoft Office Suite, JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

- Experienced in capital markets with strong domain expertise, especially in derivatives products and business processes.
- Skilled in bridging business and technical teams with proven ability to document requirements and support software development lifecycle phases.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments involving complex problem solving and regulatory knowledge relevant to capital markets.
