About This Role
- Solve complex supply chain problems using advanced applied mathematics, AI, ML, simulations, and operations research.
- Develop scalable data solutions and write optimized code to process and analyze large datasets efficiently.
- Translate model results into actionable insights communicated clearly to business leaders and stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years professional experience with Bachelor’s or Master’s in Math, Stats, CS or related; 3+ years for PhD holders.
- 4+ years programming experience in Python, PySpark, and open-source data science tools.
- 4+ years applying advanced data science, AI and operations research techniques in solving business problems.
- Work Experience Required: 6+ years with relevant qualifications; Retail and supply chain experience is a plus but not mandatory.

- Strong technical expertise in operations research integrated with practical supply chain challenges.
- Experienced in working with large data, complex model design, and cross-functional collaboration in global supply chain contexts.
- Effective communicator able to translate technical findings into business insights and work across locations and time zones.
