Familiarity with recruitment technologies like Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools; knowledge of talent acquisition principles and metrics.
Has prior recruiting experience specifically in automotive, steel, manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, or industrial sectors.
Demonstrates ability to lead hiring intake meetings and provide relevant market insights to stakeholders.
Comfortable working onsite in Mumbai with a focus on operational ownership of recruitment lifecycle and strong stakeholder partnership.
