About This Role
- Conduct detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to define job specifications and provide market data insights.
- Develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies; evaluate candidates and build talent pipelines specifically for automotive, steel, manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and industrial sectors.
- Manage candidate engagement through timely updates and partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details using market data and compensation guidelines.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma is mandatory.
- Prior recruiting experience with proven success in corporate, RPO, or agency environments.
- Experience recruiting within one or more of these industries: Automotive & Automotive Components, Steel & Metals, Manufacturing & Industrial Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain & Production.
- Familiarity with recruitment technologies like Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools; knowledge of talent acquisition principles and metrics.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Has prior recruiting experience specifically in automotive, steel, manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, or industrial sectors.
- Demonstrates ability to lead hiring intake meetings and provide relevant market insights to stakeholders.
- Comfortable working onsite in Mumbai with a focus on operational ownership of recruitment lifecycle and strong stakeholder partnership.
